Services
Handy by Design™ provides premium handyman and art installation services throughout Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a written estimate or project agreement provided to the client.
Estimates & Pricing
Project estimates are based on initial inspections or descriptions provided by the client. These are not fixed quotes. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any significant changes will be discussed and confirmed before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit or progress payments may be required. Materials purchased on behalf of the client are billed at cost plus a handling fee.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee to cover lost scheduling time.
Liability & Guarantee
Handy by Design™ guarantees workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or damage caused by manufacturer defects in materials provided by the client.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Handy by Design™ and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
